Private Writing Workshops:  Regularly teach adult workshops in poetry and creative writing at my home

U.C. Berkeley Extension:  Instructor in Poetry, 1992-2003

San Francisco State University:  Taught classes in Creative Writing, Craft of Poetry, a Winter Intensive in Creative Writing, and Poetry Writing at various times from 1991 through 1996.

Santa Clara University:  Taught Craft of Poetry in May, 1998 through Santa Clara’s Lifelong Learning Program.

The Lifelines Project: Facilitator of this interactive arts workshop for cancer patients and their caregivers, organized by two South Bay Artists, Nina Koepcke and Lois Stewart, beginning in  1997.  Project culminated both in an art show at the Works Gallery in San Jose, and a video, titled I Want to Say.

Stanford Upward Bound Program:  Taught a fourteen-week course in Writing Skills to disadvantaged teenagers, beginning in January, 2000.

Foothill Summer Youth College Program: Taught children three genres of creative writing  in August, 2000.
